• Room prices are based on max 2 adults & 1 child under the age of 12 (in existing bedding)
• A surcharge of $20/night applies for children age 12+ or extra person
• Special events, public and school holiday supplements may apply
• Cot is available for $5 per stay (ask for availability)
• 24 hour cancellation policy applies for bookings up to 3 nights. You must pay for the first night booked if you cancel within 24 hours of the booking date.
• For bookings of 3 or more nights a non-refundable deposit of min 1 night or 30% of the full amount payable is required.
• For all cancellations made after check in - or "no show" - a late cancellation fee of 50% of the remaining time applies.
